User Awareness Training
Around 88% of cyber attacks start with human interaction.
Raise your team’s awareness of online dangers with engaging, bite-size, awareness training.
Cyber awareness training that won't leave your team snoring...
The main issue with many training methods is that they’re dull and take hours to complete, only to be forgotten about a few days later. Your team are already busy enough – they could do without having to spend valuable time listening to someone talk at them in a tedious training session.
On our platform, training is bite-size, and can be completed whenever you find a quiet moment between tasks. The content ranges from quick quizzes and digestible posters, to short videos and games – taking around 5-10 minutes to complete.
Why undergo cyber awareness training?
The vast majority of cyber attacks begin with human interaction – a victim being caught out and falling for a phishing attack, scam call, or other form of social engineering technique. Because of this, putting your team through cyber awareness training reduces your risk of suffering an attack greatly.
Essentially, by undergoing a fun 10 minute training activity once in a while, you’ll gain much greater business security.
Simulated phishing and easy email reporting...
Simulated Phishing
Alongside their training, your team can receive simulated phishing emails. These harmless imitation phishing emails are meant to test their new security knowledge to see how they’d react to the real thing.
Phishing Alert Button
You and your team can have a ‘phishing alert button’ added to your Outlook or Gmail accounts. This will allow you to easily report suspicious emails, whether they’re simulated phishes or the real thing.
What can be included in cyber awareness training?
This is what you and your team can receive as part of your cyber awareness training.
Benchmarking
We can conduct benchmarking to find out how much user risk is present in your business to begin with. You will receive a report on this.
Training
Following benchmarking, you and your team can start to receive your training content weekly, biweekly, or monthly – depending on your preference.
Simulated Phishing
Alongside your awareness training, your team can receive ongoing simulated phishing emails, putting their knowledge to the test and ensuring they stay vigilant. These simulations present all the same signs as the real thing, such as: suspicious links, urgent messaging, and poor grammar and spelling.
Phishing Alert Button
Your team can have a ‘phishing alert button’ added to their Outlook or Gmail accounts. This makes reporting phishing emails much easier. If your team report a simulated phishing email using the alert button, they will get a pop-up congratulating them on their vigilance. However, if they report a genuine suspicious email, it will be deleted from their inbox and sent to our team for review and action.
Training Library
You and your team can have access to a constantly updated library of training, currently standing at up to 2,442 pieces of content, spanning over 35 different topics.
Regular Reports
You can receive regular reports detailing who is reporting and interacting with simulated phishing emails, who is completing their training, and who might need more training. These reports will also tell you individuals’ risk scores and your business’ overall risk score.
